Julian Hirst

Julian Hirst is our Managing Director. Julian joined Tobias & Tobias in 2010, bringing more than fifteen years’ experience at an international level, and a strong understanding of digital product design. In addition to extending our proposition, Julian’s leadership, energy and passion for the discipline are great assets for the company.

Prior to joining Tobias & Tobias, Julian was Director of Operations for Electronic Ink (UK). Julian transferred from Philadelphia in 2008 to head up the UK operation, leading the company through a period of rapid growth in challenging market conditions.

In the marketplace – and in the industry – Julian is a well-known advocate for the role of user-centred design in business, and the competitive edge it affords companies that get it right. He spearheads Tobias & Tobias’ development as a leading international digital design consultancy.
