  • Senior Project Manager

    We are recruiting talented, professional project managers for our permanent team.

     

    You are an outstanding project manager / account manager with 5-8 years' experience.

    You are highly intelligent and highly articulate, with strong observational skills and excellent judgment.

    You are an advocate for design and you understand the role design should play in defining and solving complex business problems.

    Our project managers look after projects and relationships with one or more clients, ensuring high quality delivery across the account and actively exploring and developing new business opportunities within the account.

    You will be the primary point of contact for all account-related activity.

    You will establish and maintain a programme view of all activity, and provide advice and guidance to the client on all issues that relate to Tobias & Tobias’s scope of responsibility and/or expertise.

    You will analyse and respond to briefs, put together professional, comprehensive proposals for new business opportunities, and present these to clients.

    You will manage a range of projects and provide day-to-day customer support on your account(s). This includes both management of activity assigned to resources on the project and, where required, coordination of activities assigned to client resources on the project.

    Where level of complexity does not demand specific BA/IA team involvement, you will analyse and document business requirements for project change requests.

    Where not assigned to a specialist resource, you will assume overall responsibility for the quality of delivery to the client, ensuring that all deliverables have been adequately tested or otherwise reviewed from a quality perspective.

    You will prepare and distribute regular project status reports to client stakeholders and project teams, and you will play an active role in internal operations meetings.

    You will track all resource time and cost spent on client projects, both billable and non-billable, in order to measure project profitability.

    You will ensure timely invoicing and follow up late payments with the client.  

    You will proactively contribute to the on-going improvement of our internal and client-facing business processes.

    You will be the primary point of contact with the client for maintenance and support activities, ensuring that all maintenance and support tasks are logged, prioritised, scheduled, resourced and delivered in accordance with the service levels agreed with the client.

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. You'll be very comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Strong ownership of your work, you take responsibility for delivering consistently high quality work
    • Strong skills in typography, layout, digital design and colour 
    • Proficiency in user experience design for digital - an understanding of usability, standards and accessibility
    • A team player, you ask for help and guidance, while taking responsibility for specific deliverables and the quality of your own work
