Restructuring the website to be optimised for different customer types and their individual journeys was a key aim. A needs based design would then enable the creation of an online customer relationship database to help influence sales and build closer ties to the brand.

The e-commerce platform has been created from scratch, including the shopping basket, checkout process and advanced product search features. The system also tracks your behavior and uses this data to build a profile of your unique interests. Customers are viewing 21% more toys on the new site and the average selling price is +19% year on year, because best-selling items are easier to find and have clearer product information.
